On Wednesday, I had class and my college is in downtown NYC. There is this church that I always pass when I am headed to school, I love church any kind of church I just love it. It makes me feel closer to God. So, I walk inside to see what it was all about. I tend to see groups of people from all over the world entering into that church like tourist. This had me intrigued, since I had a few mins to spare I decided to go in and light a candle. However, what I did not know this Church is the same church that stood standing in the mist of one of those biggest tragedies our country has ever seen. The location of this church is right across the street from where the Twin Towers once stood. This was also the same Church our Nations very first President went to mass. I may not look like it but I am a huge history buff. I love all things history especially American history. I could not believe all the people who went there to worship and how the Church was barely touched by the shaking towers. TRULY A MIRACLE. The cemetery was so cool the tombs were there since before the Revelation. Here are the pics I hope you enjoy them as much as I did (sorry they are from my blackberry I still haven't replaced my lost camera)
